           are among the fastest-growing regions on the Gold Coast, with even more people flocking from interstate and overseas to Queensland since Covid-19, we are seeing an increase in residents now calling Gold Coast their home.

           Due to the rapid influx causing limited housing options in central Gold Coast, families are being drawn to the northern Gold Coast. However, this has highlighted a “shortage of recreational spaces and activities for the area's significant growth in youth population”, a council representative stated, resulting in the upcoming development of The Coomera Adventure Parklands.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
            
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;h3&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Recreational Developments: Coomera Adventure Parklands
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/h3&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Plans have been announced for the "Broadwater Parklands of the Gold Coast's north" as the council embarks on a significant civic transformation project worth hundreds of millions. The Council will allocate $10 million to develop the Coomera Adventure Parklands on a vast 70,750 sqm site along Kerkin Road and Finnegan Way.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           The park will feature a new skate park, playground, and picnic areas, along with facilities for volleyball, exercise equipment, trampolines, slides, and a large open space for recreation.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           The Kerkin Road Adventure Parklands has been included in the Local Government Infrastructure Plan (LGIP) to address the demand generated by population growth, in line with the Gold Coast City Plan.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Construction is expected to be completed by 2028.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
